ICTC USA Engineers Excellence Through Precision Manufacturing, Value-Add Services, and Global Reach

For more than four decades, ICTC USA has built its reputation on rigorous engineering, disciplined manufacturing processes, and an unwavering commitment to customer success. Established with a mission to provide high-quality electronics manufacturing and cable assembly services, the company has evolved into a trusted partner for organizations across high-reliability industries, including military and aerospace, medical, industrial, and complex commercial applications.

With facilities on both coasts of Florida and a strategic international operation in the Philippines, ICTC USA delivers the scale, responsiveness, and technical depth required to support customers at every stage of their product lifecycle. Its integrated capabilities, investment in advanced manufacturing technology, and culture of operational excellence continue to strengthen its position as a preferred supplier in mission-critical markets.

A Legacy Built on Quality and Discipline

Quality has always been at the core of ICTC USA’s operating philosophy. The company’s certifications – AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 – serve as an external validation of its disciplined systems, documented processes, and commitment to continuous improvement. These credentials reflect ICTC USA’s ability to meet the stringent requirements of aerospace and defense programs, the traceability and control necessary for medical device manufacturing, and the consistency demanded by industrial and commercial electronics producers.

“Our quality system is not a checkbox exercise; it is embedded in our culture and leadership expectations,” said Sareet Majumdar, President of ICTC USA. “From procurement through final assembly, inspection, and test, our teams understand that customers depend on the reliability and repeatability of our processes. Quality is the foundation that allows us to build long-term partnerships and grow responsibly.”

This disciplined approach allows ICTC USA to support both low-volume, high-mix programs and steady-state high-volume production with the same level of precision and dependability. Across all facilities, operational excellence is reinforced through robust training programs, real-time monitoring, and data-driven continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Electronics Manufacturing Services

ICTC USA’s capabilities span the full spectrum of electronics manufacturing, from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) to cable and wire harness production, conformal coating, testing, and complete box-build assembly.

Its electronic assembly operations are anchored by three modern SMT lines (one Fuji and two Universal) engineered for speed, accuracy, and flexibility. These lines are supported by optical and X-ray inspection technologies, including a Koh Young Zenith 3D solder paste inspection platform, Nordson DAGE X-ray systems, and an Assure component counting solution that enhances traceability and inventory optimization. ICTC USA also employs a SPEA flying probe tester, adding further capability for precision diagnostics, non-destructive testing, and validation of complex assemblies.

“Our capital investments are driven by operational performance and customer requirements,” said Bill Meeler, Chief Operating Officer at ICTC USA. “We focus on technologies that improve visibility, repeatability, and throughput on the production floor. Whether it’s inspection, automation, or advanced coating equipment, every investment is evaluated on how it strengthens execution and reduces risk for our customers.”

A Dedicated Area for Cable and Wire Harness Manufacturing

In addition to PCBA production, ICTC USA maintains a segregated, specialized area within its facility dedicated exclusively to cable and wire harness assemblies. This separation ensures an optimized workflow, targeted training, and strict process control, ensuring that cable products meet the same high standards as the company’s electronic assemblies.

ICTC USA manufactures simple through highly complex harnesses for aerospace, military, industrial, medical, and commercial applications. Its specialization includes multi-conductor cables, RF and coax assemblies, ruggedized harnesses, and custom interconnect solutions built to exact customer specifications.

“Cable and harness assembly is a discipline of its own,” Meeler explained. “By dedicating space, people, and processes specifically to this work, we are able to improve consistency, shorten lead times, and deliver a higher level of craftsmanship, especially for customers operating in high-reliability environments.”

Expanding Value-Add Services: Conformal Coating, Parylene, and More

As electronics continue to be deployed in harsh environments, ICTC USA has prioritized expanding its protective and value-add services. The company currently provides high-quality conformal coating services for assemblies requiring moisture, chemical, and abrasion protection. Recognizing the growing demand for advanced coating technologies, ICTC USA has recently invested in a Nanotech Parylene coating system, bringing this highly specialized service in-house.

The addition of Parylene capability underscores ICTC USA’s strategy to increase its value-add offerings and become a more comprehensive manufacturing partner for its customers. Parylene coating, applied in a vacuum deposition process, provides ultra-thin, uniform, pinhole-free protection that is ideal for aerospace sensors, medical devices, and high-reliability electronics.

“Adding Parylene coating expands the amount of value we can deliver under one roof,” said Majumdar. “Customers want suppliers that can simplify their supply chains while maintaining tight quality control. This investment supports that goal and aligns with our long-term growth strategy.”

These value-add services complement ICTC USA’s box-build and integration capabilities, enabling the company to deliver finished assemblies and ready-to-deploy systems that reduce downstream handling and complexity for OEMs.

Global Operations and Strategic Flexibility

ICTC USA’s geographic footprint is central to its operational and financial strategy. With facilities on both coasts of Florida and an additional manufacturing site in the Philippines, the company offers customers a unique combination of domestic responsiveness and international scalability.

The Florida operations serve as the company’s hub for high-reliability production, engineering support, prototyping, rapid-turn builds, and close customer collaboration. Meanwhile, the Philippines facility extends ICTC USA’s capacity for larger production volumes while maintaining the same quality systems, governance, and oversight.

“Our global footprint gives customers flexibility without compromising control,” said Rob Ogilbee, Chief Financial Officer of ICTC USA. “It allows us to balance cost, capacity, and risk while ensuring consistent quality and financial stability across programs. That balance is increasingly important in today’s volatile supply chain environment.”

This structure also strengthens ICTC USA’s ability to manage capital efficiently, mitigate supply chain disruptions, and support customers through fluctuations in demand.

A Culture of Partnership and Reliability

Beyond its technical capabilities and certifications, ICTC USA distinguishes itself through its customer-centric philosophy. The company’s teams work closely with customers from the earliest design and engineering stages through full production, test, and lifecycle support. This partnership-driven approach has made ICTC USA a long-term supplier for leading aerospace primes, medical device innovators, and industrial manufacturers.

“Trust is earned through execution,” Majumdar stated. “Our customers rely on us for programs where failure is not an option. That responsibility drives our leadership team, our operating discipline, and our commitment to doing things the right way, every time.”

Looking Ahead

As ICTC USA continues to grow, the company is focused on expanding its technological capabilities, strengthening its engineering support, and enhancing the value it provides across the supply chain. With continued investment in automation, inspection systems, advanced coatings, and global operations, ICTC USA remains well positioned to support the next generation of high-reliability electronic systems.

“We take a disciplined approach to growth,” Ogilbee concluded. “By aligning investment decisions with customer demand and long-term returns, we ensure the company remains financially strong while continuing to support innovation and operational excellence.”
